We leave for Cancun in the morning so I'll be off the grid until next Tuesday! I'll be with mom though so I know we'll stay on track. They have yoga there so I will probably do yoga every morning or run along the ocean for a relaxing and effective workout. So excited!!
Wednesday Day 45: 950 Calories
Breakfast: Oatmeal with blueberries, walnuts, raisins
Lunch: Black beans, half of a burger, veggies
Snack: 1/3 grapefruit, nuts
Dinner: chicken sausage, mushrooms, zucchini, banana
Workout: back, triceps, lats, biceps
