Feeling TERRIBLE today (Until my workout was over then I felt like a CHAMP)!!! That cheat day did not serve me well. Colon clean out has obviously begun. I hope that this is over by Cancun!! Maybe it will make me skinnier?? hahahahha just kidding. My workout was super slow today because I was still sore from the kettle bell workout but I got through 3 sets of Chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps and abs. I'm up to 65 pounds on bench without spot which was awesome :). I wanted to try for 70 pounds but there was no one to spot me and I felt bad asking someone. I'll try when Jonathan goes to the gym with me next :). I was at the gym doing weights from 130-315 so that took a long time. There were several people chatting, etc. and I was going heavy so I was giving myself more time between reps. After my workout I did the steam room for about 30 minutes. I'm going to read more about it and find out if the sauna or steam room is better for me.
