Snack: Banana pancake and 2 slices ham
Dinner: Chicken sausage with black beans

Today was a great day :). I'm feeling skinny and ready for Cancun I think!! I am still sore from kettle bells, literally have a hard time getting in and out of chairs because it is so close to squatting lol. Jonathan told me to "get the sand out" so I decided that I was going to go to the gym and get a light workout out in to walk for a while and then a good stretching session. I got on the treadmill and got super motivated because I knew several "gym rats" that were also at the gym so I pushed myself and got 3.5 miles of run intervals plus about 20 minutes of stretching :)!! YEAA!!! Monday Day 43: 1,025 calories

I'm glad you are feeling better. I think it was the shortcake that kicked your butt! Chicken sausage w/ black beans sounds awesome!
