Mom and I are both sore today... that means we are still working hard and building new muscles, YEA!! Although I was sore and had errands to run I forced myself to get to the gym and get a run interval today :). I did really good on food, I'm in bed now and I haven't had ANY snacks since dinner. I always end up snacking at night, really out of habit and boredom I think- trying to kick that habit! I brushed my teeth with fluoride rinse so I didn't have a choice lol.
One week until Cancun!!!
I also made a workout plan today, I'll attach at the bottom the 3 "days" of workouts. It tells you what muscles you should work out together and what order to do them in so you are giving all of your muscles break and time to recover. I definitely wasn't doing it right before, I was pretty much just picking exercises that were all arms, etc. NOPE. Supposed to do particular arm muscles together then others with back. I also put some popular exercises with each body part too.

Thursday 4/3 Day 39: 965 calories
Breakfast: My oatmeal with walnuts, blueberries, craisins and raisins
Lunch: 1 slice bread, turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots
Snack: Half apple with peanut butter
Dinner: Spicy sausage, bacon and veggie frittata.... WICKED YUMMY!!! Jonathan really enjoyed it! I will add it to the recipe part of the blog!
Snack: Almonds, peanuts, raisins
Workout: 3.5 miles of run intervals
My calorie intake and workouts are pretty intense right now. But I'm always full. I think its partly the water and partly the time of the month because last week I couldnt get enough food lol. Maybe my body is still in food coma? haha. Also, I've been working out for a long time and really enjoy it as a release so I try to do as much as possible- sometimes morning and afternoon and walking Cameron at night. Some of the things I do are "nuts" and other things I'm just running through the motions, judge yourself by your own progress. I've made HUGE progress since a few months ago :).
