So I was wondering why we are cutting out dairy and wanted more information on this so I did lots of searching online and I TOTALLY agree with the no dairy! Thought I would share the information I found with you so you could decide for yourself as well. Just a few items:
Dairy IS linked to cancer
Dairy IS NOT proven to help improve bones- you can find more calcium in Kale
There are lots of dairy free options
Dairy IS NOT good for your skin
Dairy WILL make you feel sluggish, less regular and is part of weight gain
I'm In to give it a shot! I'll try to post some non-dairy alternatives too over the next week or so to grocery/recipes.

Dr. Oz posted a 4 week dairy free challenge to his viewers, take a look at this to see how he recommended people drop dairy for good and the results they should see including better sleep, clearer skin and other benefits!

The best article that gave the best detailed reasoning was from the PCRM (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine) http://www.pcrm.org/health/diets/vegdiets/health-concerns-about-dairy-products . This article was really great and I hope you take the time to read it if you are unsure!
