Here are two links to some kettle bell moves I'm going to try at the gym tonight. There are 4 moves in each link, wish me luck! Kettle bells work almost your whole body because the weight is off balance so your body has to counteract it versus a standard dumbell that is proportioned. Great workout and you WILL feel it the next day! I never tried them - they scare my shoulders. I'm too clumsy, I would knock myself out :) Let me know how you like them. I do see people using them at the gym... I also see other people doing stuff that they should NOT be doing, so I don't believe everything I see in the gym is good to try.

I had to do a lot of research on kettle bells. The form is NOT what you would think. Weight training rules are totally different from kettle bell rules and form.... totally weird!
