We got home last night around 9pm and watched TV until 10:30 to unwind. Cameron was SOOO happy to see us. The grass is green and flowers are blooming- YEA!! House is still pretty clean which is AWESOME!!! I need to do laundry desperately though because I have no clean gym clothes right now and we have no fruits & veggies so I will probably have to grocery shop too. I might have Jonathan go today and just grab some essentials like bread, deli meat and bananas. I have Friday off for Easter so I can get a lot done then :).
Hoping if I drink enough water over the next few days I will start to feel better. We only took shots of tequila when we drank so that cut down on the calories a lot and never got any frozen drinks (go us!). 1,500 calories for an all inclusive vacation (if I did calories right- which I probably didn't) is pretty good but it's still over my normal intake so I am pretty sure I will have gained some weight, and only 10 days away from 60 days- dang!!).
Thursday (travel day) Day 46: 1,575 Calories
Breakfast: Oatmeal, blueberries, nuts, raisins (225)
Lunch (plane): Protein shake, apple, bread, nuts (300)
Snack: Chips, salsa, guacamole (off to a bad start!!) and inside of a chicken wrap (chicken, beans, onions, peppers) (400?)
Dinner: Buffet- I don't even remember what I had, bites of several different meats/fish then lots of fruits, nuts and dried fruit (500?)
Workout: 4 mile run interval
Friday Day 47: 1,020 Calories (Best day I had on the resort
Breakfast: Pear (70)
Lunch: Grilled chicken, veggies, rice, guacamole, salsa (400?)
Snack: Soft Serve ice cream (150)
Dinner: Seabass (AMAZING!!!), vegetable couscous, veggies, fruit (400?)
Workout: 4 mile run intervals
Saturday Day 48: 1,525 calories
Breakfast: Egg white omelet with veggies, 1 slice wheat toast, fruit (250?)
Snack: Protein shake (Banana, ice, chocolate protein made at beach bar- me & mom split it) (125?)
Lunch: Buffet- dried fruit, pecans, grouper, vegetable cous cous, and strawberry spinach salad (400?)
Dinner: Hibachi dinner (grapefruit appetizer, miso soup, sushi, chicken & steak & veggies (no rice), fried ice cream)- (600?)
Snack: popcorn (150?)
Workout: 2 mile run interval
Sunday Day 49: 1,500 calories
Breakfast: Egg white omelet with veggies, 1 slice wheat toast, fruit (300?)
Lunch: Grouper, corn, rice, inside of chicken wrap (450?)
Dinner: Sushi at Hibachi restaurant then went to Italian restaurant, didn't like dinner but did have bread and calamari (400?)
Dessert: Coconut ice cream & Tirmisu (350?)
Workout: none- off day
Monday Day 50 (travel day): 1,550 calories
Breakfast: Egg white omelet with veggies, all bran, fruit (300?)
Snack: Banana, raisins (200)
Lunch: Magaritaville grilled grouper, rice, nachos (550?)
Snack: Pear, nuts (200?)
Dinner: Greek yogurt parfait, nuts, a couple chocolate chips (300)
