Yesterday I had some chest pains when I got home after working out so you'll see I had an intense workout but not a lot of calories... not on purpose lol. I just didn't feel well so I went to bed super early and didn't snack at all. I'm sure my body will be over hungry today now hahhahaa! Initially I thought it was from the Greek yogurt, but after looking back on the day I had to take a Benedryl before I worked out because the polen was so bad I couldn't get my contacts in, I think this is why I had chest pains. But I got a KILLER workout in and my body feels amazing and tight today!!
Monday Day 57: 675 Calories (Low because I didn't feel well)
Breakfast: Oatmeal, blueberries, raisins, walnuts, craisins (225)
Lunch: Plain greek Chobani yogurt, granola, 2 strawberries & honey (250)
Dinner: 1 baked sweet potato (200)
Workout: 3 mile run intervals (did not increase speed past 7mph), abs and arm workout- I'll post my workout so you can see them :). GREAT workout sets!
