OMG weekend is here! First weekend of the challenge. Hope we all make it through! I will be grocery shopping tonight and prepping lots of snacks tomorrow so I'm not eating all day around the house and then turn to "banned foods" haha. I always eat A LOT on the weekend! I'm also going to try to drink the same amount of water and drink a full cup of water before I eat anything to curb my appetite a bit. Good luck everyone and push yourself to do some kind of workout even if it's outside.
Yesterday was a great workout day. I had in my head all day that I would do 1 or 2 of the 3 exercise plans I posted yesterday but I ended up doing all 3! It took me about an hour to get my breath back though haha. I thought I wasn't going to make it through the interval runs because I've never gone that fast for that long but I did it :)!
Don't forget, you don't have to do crazy interval workouts to work out. You can do lighter exercises, etc. I've been working out for a few months now so I'm able to push my body way further than I was three months ago- it takes time :). I'm super sore today! I think I will do something light for my "off day" like take Cameron for a walk. I'm grocery shopping and cleaning too so that will take a lot! And LOTS of stretching!

- Breakfast: Yogurt parfait (light n fit vanilla, bare naked fit granola and a strawberry
- Snack: 1 piece wheat toast with peanut butter, 1 nature valley granola bar (1 from a 2 pack)
- Lunch: 1/2 whole grain flatbread with lettuce, green peppers, rotisserie sliced chicken and oregano
- Snack: banana and some shelled peanuts
- Dinner: 2 hardboiled eggs (1 with yolk, 1 without) and celery boats
- Snack: Sliced apple
