In Ohio again of course! Back on Friday and straight to Wilmington for the weekend for Daniel & Nicole's wedding! At the same hotel I always stay at with an awesome gym and great breakfast so that is always good! I think we are starting to get sick because Jonathan and I have been super tired the last couple days and not feeling 100% :(. Not getting enough water while I travel either, getting 8 glasses a day which isn't bad but I need more I think.
Tuesday Day 30: 1,240 calories
Breakfast: 1 slice bread, 3 egg whites, 3 slices ham
Snack: Granola
Snack: half slice bread with peanut butter
Lunch: whole wheat flatbread with turkey, carrots
Dinner: Panera- full greek salad with chicken (no dressing and no feta) and cup of black bean soup (they were out of chili and I didn't have time to look up nutrition, I would not get it again!)
Snack: Banana, raisins
Workout: 3.75 miles of run intervals
Wednesday Day 31: 905 calories- it's 8pm now so this may go up
Breakfast (hotel): oatmeal with walnuts, blueberries and dried fruit (my fav!!!)
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg white, 1 slice bread, small apple and cup of Panera vegtable soup
Snack: 2 egg whites
Snack (I GAVE IN!!!): Hot & fresh cranberry and white chocolate chip cookie... I KNOWWWW but they were hot and gooey and still like cookie dough texture!!
Dinner: half Jimmy John roast beef unwich with double meat and 1 cup of Panera all natural chicken chili
Workout: Really hard today because of bad energy- 2 waist trimmer circuits and 2 runners leg circuits
Breakfast: 1 slice bread, 3 egg whites, 3 slices ham
Snack: Granola
