I felt great all day yesterday.... until my dentist appointment! They put about a gallon of Novocain in my face and it was swollen from throat to eye- SO attractive (now I wish I got a photo for yall)! My face was still swollen when I went to bed at 9:30 lol. I got out of the dentist at 4:25 then ran to the 4:45 abs class. At the beginning it was harder than normal and the instructor said "remember though you had Novocain, that's OK".... then I decided that was a shit EXCUSE. So I KILLED the rest of abs class then forced myself to do an hour long turbo kick class afterwards for complaining- don't think I'll be complaining again :) ! The Turbo Kick class actually got me aggravated, the instructor had NO form at all- I HATE THAT! I actually walked away for one part because she was literally flailing her arms around like an idiot and I couldn't watch her- I faced the other way. I also intensified her crap moves by working in Insanity variations to make it harder- like when she jumped with straight legs I jumped full squat in the air- oh yea and did I mention my PERFECT form??... I know, what a B**ch I am- but hey- if I'm going to push myself to spend an hour of my busy life taking your class... you better make me SWEAT... I better be SORE... and you better have FORM...
OK that's enough bitching for now hahahhha. I'm really sore today so to limber up at the gym before class I think I'm going to do an interval run (supposed to burn more fat and build muscle faster than just running at the same pace) and the waist trimmer pyramid. I might do the muffin top workout also depending on how much time the waist trimmer pyramid takes (I only have 1 hour 20 min to workout, shower and get to class).
So yesterday ended up being really good even though I could have given up and made an excuse that I was sore from HIIT and abs class could have been enough. Very proud of myself :). I haven't cheated yet!! Mom brought up that the sausages I've been eating may be bad so when I got home I looked and the packing and I'm good, they're some low processed, all organic, no hormones... etc. chicken sausages (thank god! I need variety)! I'm making Jonathan eat the Italian ones though because they have mozzarella cheese in them which isn't allowed for or us! I ate:
Tonight I have Global Intellectual Property class 6-9pm. I'm bringing 2 hardboiled eggs, green pepper slices and ants on a log (celery with peanut butter and raisins). Wish me luck!!
- Breakfast: Hardboiled egg with pepper and a banana
- Snack: 1 slice wheat bread with 1 T peanut butter
- Lunch: Half of a whole grian flatbread sandwich with lettuce, green peppers and turkey- I added oregano and it was great! I had two but I wasn't hungry after the first one.
- Dinner: (Same as yesterday) Jalepeno Mango chicken sausage (I like to cut them down the middle on the skillet so they get a little burnt on each side for extra flavor), peppers & onions, sliced apple and I recooked the sweet potato chips again to make them crispy on the stove.
