Day 29 was a great day overall! I was super busy so I didn't have much snacking at all- wahoo!
Breakfast: Muscelli (this stuff is awesome- highly recommend it!)
Lunch: 1 slice bread, tuna
Snack: Carrots and peanuts
Dinner: Chicken sausage, zucchini, mushrooms, 1 1/2 bananas
Snack: Peanuts and raisins
Workout: 1 hour spin and 45 minute intense abs class
