Oh yea!! 3 weeks into the challenge and 23 days to Cancun!!!
Breakfast: Banana pancake (1 egg, 1 egg white, 1 banana, a couple chocolate chips)
Snack: Muscelli
Snack: 2 breakfast biscuits (Natures Valley)
Lunch: Protein shake with proten, water, ice and strawberries
Dinner: Banana, hummus, carrots
Snack: Celery boats, natural popcorn
Workout: Spin class
Monday Day 22: 1,005 calories
Breakfast: 3 hard boiled egg whites, half box of raisin bran
Snack: half grapefruit
Lunch: Sandwich thin, 4 slices turkey, carrots, cukes and tomatoes
Snack: 1 whole wheat raspberry fig bar (from plane- organic too!)
Dinner: Panera pick 2 with turkey chili and half greek salad with chicken (no feta, no dressing)
Snack: celery boats
Workout: 2 run interval circuits and 2 arm circuits (1 run, 1 arm, etc.)
