Monday (Day 15) was REALLY hard for me. It was the day I traveled to France on an overnight flight. I started off in the morning very well with 2 sets of arm and a cycle interval class at the gym (with an awesome new instructor!). But when we were a the airport lounge I was starving and the closest thing I could have was a nut mix but it was honey roasted so there was lots of sugar :(. I got REALLY sick on the plane even though I had 10 cups of water and I kept sweating and passing out- probably because of my cheat day on Sunday.... I won't be cheating again! Tuesday I did much better and I worked out after work but it was tough with only 2 hours of sleep on the plane! I knew I had to get some type of workout in though!
Here's my breakdown:
Monday Day 15
Breakfast- Maple & flax oatmeal
Snack: 2 hard boiled egg whites, half piece toast
Snack: Banana, fruit cup (airport)
Snack (lounge): Nut mix, half granny apple and celery with peanut butter (I brought the celery and peanut butter from home)
Lunch (airport restaurant): Half grilled chicken salad, no dressing
Dinner (plane): 1 chicken breast with... mashed potatoes :(..... fruit salad and other half of my grilled chicken salad
Workout: 2 arm intervals and cycle interval class
Tuesday Day 16- I was still very nauseous from the sickness (or whatever it was) on the plane so I wasn't very hungry until about noon.
Breakfast (brought from plane): 2 biscoff cookies
Snack (brought from home): Cinnamon fiber one bar
Lunch: 1/2 slice bread with ham (they got me a sandwich but it was white French baguette and cheese so I took out ham and put on half piece of bread I brought) and 1 slice bread with peanut butter (brought from home)
Snack (hotel): Banana
Dinner (room service): Seabass and fruit salad
Workout: 1 run interval, 100 oblique crunches (each side), 200 regular crunches, 100 frog crunches
