SATURDAY- Day 13
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/2 piece bread, cantaloupe
Snack: FIber one cinnamon 90 calorie
Lunch: Homemade veggie pizza
Dinner : scallops and spinach (scallops were TERRIBLE and I felt bad all night :( )
Snack: Half burger (no cheese, no bun) and baby carrots
Workout: Spin class, 1 mile walk
SUNDAY- Day 14
Breakfast- oatmeal & cinnamon with fresh strawberries & apples
Snack: Fiber one cinnamon 90 calorie
Lunch: We went out to eat at Polliwogs- 2 chicken tenders with salsa (took out fried part), Burger with a fried egg, half pretzel bun, sweet potato fries
Snack: Celery boats, kale chips, peanuts
Dinner: Homemade pound cake from the neighbors (SO GOOD) and homemade banana ice cream (amazing! I will post the recipe!)
Workout: 2 mile walk
